Where are you located?

In beautiful Canby Oregon, just 30 minutes south of Portland, Or and 30 minutes north of Salem, Or.

How is shipping calculated?

Standard shipping is free when your order exceeds $100. For all orders $75 and under, the cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the product weight and item type. We never upcharge on shipping and try to keep rates as low as possible.

Shipping fees (subject to change):

Standard Shipping: Between $4-$16. Expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days once shipped. All orders over $100 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping: Starts at $15 for guaranteed delivery within 1-3 business days.

How do you package plants?

We take great pride in ensuring every single plant arrives to its new owner just as beautiful and healthy as it was when we packed it.

Our methods vary depending on the plant, but generally each plant is carefully wrapped with recyclable and reusable packing materials. Leaves are protected with polyfil, and the entire plant is securely taped to the inside of the box to ensure it doesn’t move around in transit. If your area has temps below freezing, we use an insulating foil wrap and offer $5 heat packs.

What condition are these items in?

We take great care in accurately portraying each item’s condition as you’d see it in person. Be sure to thoroughly review the product description and photos to learn about an item’s condition. Send us an email if you need more information or photos before purchasing.

Will I receive the same product as I see in the photo?

Yes and no. Generally, what you see is exactly what you get, with some exceptions.

For live plants, the plant may be marked as growers choice, which means the plant photographed may not be the actual one you get, but is an average (dang near identical) representation of the style, size, and quality of the plant you'll get.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Generally, orders take 1-3 business days (M-F) to process unless otherwise noted. From there, you should receive your item within 7 business days depending on the shipping method you selected.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently, sorry!
